So I gave my dad a card on father's day with this drawing on it. He really liked it and asked if I could also make him a print so that he could put it in his office. So I started to paint the drawing a bit more and this is the work in progress so far. He's supposed be "Realtor-Man" in this drawing and "Use your common sense" is what my dad usually says to me so I thought that I'd throw it in there.
